THE CONCEPT OF AN ECOSYSTEM FOR STIMULATING THE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTREPRENEURIAL STRUCTURES: A POLYSTRUCTURAL MINDSET
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of forming a concept for stimulating the development of entrepreneurial structures under conditions of transformation of the economic environment through the lens of a polystructural mindset. Emphasis placed on the evolution of entrepreneurial ecosystems as open, adaptive, and complex systems capable of integrating heterogeneous resources, institutional mechanisms, values, and behavioral models. A conceptual framework of the entrepreneurship development ecosystem formed, which contributes to the expansion of the categorical paradigm of entrepreneurship because of polystructural interaction among actors, processes, and environmental factors. A concept of an ecosystem for stimulating entrepreneurship development proposed, based on a polystructural mindset that provides for the consolidation into a unified system of elements diverse in content and form, aimed at transforming problems into opportunities, building sustainable competitive advantages, and continuously generating economic and social value. The essence of the key strategic functions of the ecosystem, including coordination, integration, innovation, and adaptation, which determine the effectiveness of its functioning substantiated. The main prerequisites for the successful formation of an ecosystem of entrepreneurial structures as drivers of structural transformations identified, and the influencing factors that ensure a stable state and dynamic development of entrepreneurship under conditions of uncertainty are determined. In addition to negative influencing factors, promising areas of activity are also identified which, within the framework of the ecosystem concept the development of entrepreneurship, provide for the strengthening of state and regional support for entrepreneurial structures. This achieved through the formation of integrated institutional, financial, and informational mechanisms aimed at building a favorable entrepreneurial environment, stimulating local initiatives, activating network-based interaction among ecosystem actors, and enhancing the adaptability of entrepreneurship to transformational challenges.
