ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКІ СТУДІЇ ВРЯДУВАННЯ ЄС У СФЕРІ СТАЛОГО ТУРИЗМУ ТА HORECA: РЕГУЛЯТОРНІ РАМКИ, КООРДИНАЦІЯ І ПРАКТИЧНІ ШЛЯХИ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню Європейських студій врядування та регуляторних рамок ЄС у сфері сталого туризму й HoReCa. В статті здійснено критичний огляд ключових інструментів врядування та регуляторні рамки ЄС у сфері сталого туризму та HoReCa, структуровано їх а рівнем впливу, ключовим змістом та значенням для туризму та HoReCa. Визначено шляхи трансформації малих і середніх підприємств (МСП) у секторі туризму та HoReCa в умовах посилених вимог сталого розвитку, що випливають із Європейського зеленого курсу (European Green Deal) та ESG-політик. Встановлено, що практичні шляхи трансформації МСП у сфері туризму та HoReCa мають ґрунтуватися на поетапному впровадженні сталих практик, інтеграції ESG-принципів у стратегії бізнесу та використанні інструментів підтримки ЄС, які мають створити дієвий набір активного впровадження практичних шляхів реалізації для досягнення сталого і конкурентоспроможного розвитку.
