ФРАГМЕНТАЦІЯ МІЖНАРОДНОГО РИНКУ ПРЯМИХ ІНОЗЕМНИХ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙ У КОНТЕКСТІ ПОСТВОЄННОГО ВІДНОВЛЕННЯ ЕКОНОМІКИ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена аналізу процесів фрагментації міжнародних економічних відносин, що виникають під впливом загострення геополітичних протиріч і безпосередньо відображаються на динаміці міжнародних потоків прямих іноземних інвестицій. Показано, що трансформація глобальної інвестиційної архітектури формує нові лінії розмежування у русі капіталу та створює якісно інші умови для країн, які перебувають у фазі відновлення після збройних конфліктів. Для України ця проблематика має особливе значення, оскільки саме іноземний приватний капітал розглядається науковою та експертною спільнотою як одне з ключових джерел фінансування післявоєнної відбудови. У дослідженні здійснено кластеризацію держав світу за критеріями їхньої геополітичної орієнтації та реальної економічної поведінки, зокрема щодо приєднання або ігнорування санкційного режиму проти РФ. Подальший аналіз внутрішньої концентрації потоків ПІІ у межах кластерів і динаміки міжкластерних перетоків дав змогу виявити основні вектори трансформації глобальних капітальних потоків. Отримані результати дозволяють визначити ті обмеження й можливості, що формуються для залучення іноземного капіталу в українську економіку на етапі поствоєнного відновлення та реконструкції..
