ТЕОРЕТИКО-МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО ВИВЧЕННЯ БІЗНЕС-МОДЕЛЕЙ У СФЕРІ ІТ: АКЦЕНТ НА АУТСТАФФІНГ
Анотація
У статті розглянуто теоретико-методологічні підходи до вивчення бізнес-моделей у сфері інформаційних технологій з акцентом на аутстаффінг як одну з ключових форм організації праці у цифрову добу. Проаналізовано еволюцію концепцій управління персоналом від традиційних адміністративних функцій до стратегічного партнерства бізнесу та HR, що формує основу для нових організаційних моделей. Світові тенденції розвитку ринку ІТ-послуг демонструють зростаючий попит на гнучкі кадрові рішення, що підтверджує актуальність аутстаффінгу як бізнес-моделі. Разом із тим виявлено наукові лакуни: термінологічну неоднозначність, відсутність уніфікованих критеріїв відмежування від інших моделей та брак методологічних основ для оцінювання ефективності. Метою дослідження є систематизація наукових підходів, визначення місця аутстаффінгу в типології бізнес-моделей ІТ-сфери та обґрунтування концептуальних засад його подальшого розвитку.
