ІНСТРУМЕНТАРІЙ СТАЛОГО МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ ЗА УМОВ ЗАГОСТРЕННЯ РИЗИКІВ БІЗНЕС-СЕРЕДОВИЩА (НА ПРИКЛАДІ МЕТОДОЛОГІЇ ESG)
Анотація
Концепція ESG дедалі активніше впливає на трансформацію бізнес-середовища, зумовлюючи нові підходи до управління та звітності. Від звіту Світового банку 2004 р. інтеграція ESG-факторів стала ключовим елементом інвестиційних стратегій, а близько 90% компаній S&P 500 вже впровадили відповідні політики. В Україні процес посилений війною, що актуалізувало енергетичну диверсифікацію, управління відходами та корпоративну стійкість. ЄС задає орієнтири через директиви CSRD і SFDR, які створюють нормативну основу для прозорої звітності. Метою дослідження є аналіз інструментів менеджменту для впровадження ESG, включаючи стратегії моніторингу, аудиту та управління даними. Показано, що інтеграція ESG у корпоративне управління підвищує конкурентоспроможність, мінімізує регуляторні ризики та сприяє відновленню української економіки. Результати підтверджують необхідність адаптивного підходу до впровадження ESG, синхронізованого з європейськими стандартами.
