РОЛЬ ШТУЧНОГО ІНТЕЛЕКТУ У РОЗШИРЕННІ МОЖЛИВОСТЕЙ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ
Анотація
Досліджено частки креативної економіки у ВВП України та ЄС під впливом ШІ (2017-2024 рр.). Важливим аспектом новизни є також включення етичного та соціально-економічного виміру в аналіз. Ми не тільки відзначили фактичний економічний ефект (зростання продуктивності), а й розглянули питання збереження людського фактора, створення нових професій, захисту від ризиків. Сучасна наука підкреслює необхідність гуманістичного підходу до ШІ, і наші результати повністю це відображають: модель і рекомендації спрямовані на підсилення людини, а не заміну її машиною. Цей висновок перегукується із концепцією «AI as Augmented Intelligence», яка зараз популярна в західній літературі. Запропоновано практичні рекомендації для різних зацікавлених сторін: для органів державної влади (України та країн ЄС), для бізнесу та стартапів креативних галузей, для системи освіти та науки, для креативних професіоналів (дизайнерів, маркетологів, викладачів, журналістів тощо).
