РОЛЬ МОНЕТАРНОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ У ФОРМУВАННІ МАКРОЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ СТАБІЛЬНОСТІ ПОЛЬЩІ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена комплексному дослідженню впливу монетарної політики на соціально-економічний розвиток Польщі. Визначено роль Національного банку Польщі (НБП) у формуванні монетарної стратегії та його реакцію на глобальні фінансові кризи, включаючи кризу 2008–2009 років, пандемію COVID-19 та наслідки інфляційного сплеску 2021–2023 років. Доведено, що монетарна політика НБП у відповідь на фінансові кризи була достатньо гнучкою, що сприяло швидкому відновленню економіки. Разом з тим, дослідження демонструє, що використання інструментів монетарної політики мало як позитивні, так і негативні наслідки для довгострокового соціально-економічного розвитку країни. Зокрема, політика низьких процентних ставок у посткризовий період стимулювала економічне зростання, але водночас створила передумови для зростання інфляції у 2021–2023 роках, що вимагало посилення жорсткості монетарної політики.
