ШТУЧНИЙ ІНТЕЛЕКТ ТА КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНІСТЬ: НОВІ МОЖЛИВОСТІ ДЛЯ ТУРИСТИЧНОГО БІЗНЕСУ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена аналізу можливостей і викликів інтеграції штучного інтелекту (ШІ) у туристичну галузь. Розглянуто основні напрями застосування ШІ, зокрема автоматизацію процесів, персоналізацію сервісів, аналіз великих даних та вдосконалення маркетингових стратегій. Проведено SWOT-аналіз, який виявив як конкурентні переваги, так і ризики впровадження технологій, включаючи високі витрати, брак кваліфікованих фахівців та проблеми кібербезпеки. Запропоновано підходи до мінімізації загроз і використання можливостей ШІ для підвищення ефективності туристичних підприємств. Визначено стратегічні кроки щодо впровадження ШІ, які можуть забезпечити сталий розвиток та конкурентоспроможність галузі. Отримані результати можуть бути корисними для підприємств, що прагнуть оптимізувати бізнес-моделі та адаптуватися до сучасних цифрових тенденцій.
