CONCEPTUAL APPROACHES TO THE STUDY OF FACTORS FINANCIAL SECURITY OF BUSINESS SUBJECTS IN UKRAINE IN CONDITIONS OF HYBRID AGGRESSIONS AND WAR

Abstract

The current dynamics of socio-economic transformations is determined by the global situation in the field of security, which has undergone radical changes associated with the emergence of a new type of threats to the security of the international environment, individual countries and business entities and contributed to the transition to the use of hybrid levers of influence to achieve the results of financial conflicts. In Ukraine, first of all, this is connected with Russia's long-standing hybrid war, which has turned into an acute form - military aggression, causing significant institutional transformations in society due to the emergence of new threats created by martial law, the experience of countering which has not yet been fully developed. This hybrid and full-scale war determined the need to change approaches to managing the financial security of both the state and business entities. The purpose of the article is to develop new theoretical and methodological principles for ensuring the financial security of business entities in Ukraine, in particular, to distinguish financial and social-psychological approaches to the study of factors for ensuring the financial security of business entities in conditions of hybrid aggression and martial law. The article uses a set of general scientific and empirical methods of scientific knowledge, including: theoretical generalization, induction and deduction - used in the process of studying basic definitions: equilibrium, financial equilibrium, dynamic equilibrium, financial security of business entities, hybrid financial conflicts; the method of scientific abstraction - for the purpose of generalizing the conceptual apparatus of research; methods of systemic approach, analysis and synthesis - for researching the impact of individual factors on the financial security of business entities, in particular, hybrid financial conflicts in business activity; method of graphic visualization - in order to ensure high-quality visual display of research results. The author argued for the need to use financial and social-psychological approaches to study the factors of ensuring the financial security of business entities in conditions of hybrid aggression and martial law. A structural and logical scheme for the use of the proposed conceptual approaches has been developed. The feasibility of using the concept of "dynamic equilibrium" in relation to the activities of business entities is argued, which makes it possible to eliminate any aspects of stability, statics and denial of changes. The object and subject of the research according to the financial approach are revealed - the financial parameters of the business entity and the dynamic financial balance, respectively. The object and subject of the research is determined according to socio-psychological aspects - hybrid financial conflicts and dynamic equilibrium in hybrid financial conflicts. The understanding of the essence of the concept of "financial security of business entities" has been deepened using the financial and socio-psychological component of the researched issues.
