КОНЦЕНТРАЦІЯ НА ЦИФРОВІЗОВАНИХ РИНКАХ: ПРАКТИКА ТА ДОСВІД РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ
Анотація
У статті розглядається природа та специфіка концентрації на глобальних цифровізованих ринках. Розкрито потенційні наслідки для розвитку таких ринках в умовах концентрації ринкової влади. Приводиться статистика процесів концентрації ринкової влади на цифровізованих ринках, аналізується стратегія окремих крупних учасників ринку щодо утримання ними свого домінантного становища. Аналізується міжнародний досвід державного врегулювання процесів концентрації ринкової влади та аналізують наслідки рішень державних регуляторів, історичні події та нещодавні рішення, що матимуть суттєві наслідки для подальшого розвитку індустрії. Описуються потенційні рішення, які забезпечать відповідність української державної політики в умовах поширення впливу міжнародних корпорацій на галузевих ринках при потужних глобалізаційних процесах.
