THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF FORMATION OF THE SYSTEM OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The article is devoted to topical issues of forming a system of strategic management in enterprises of various forms of ownership. The preconditions for the emergence and periodization of the development of strategic management are systematized. The precondition for its introduction was the need to distinguish conceptual differences between current and long-term planning. The purpose of strategic management and sequence of stages of the system analysis of external and internal environment of the enterprise are defined. Strategic management lies in the responsibility of the company's top managers, who are responsible for strategic decisions. Accordingly, strategic management allows the company to maximize its own efficiency, while using the greatest potential in the external environment. Strategic management is a continuous process that evaluates and monitors the business and industries in which the company participates; evaluates competitors and sets goals and strategies to meet all stakeholders; and then regularly re-evaluates each strategy to determine how it has been implemented and whether the main goal has been achieved, whether it needs to be replaced by a new strategy to respond to changes in the external and internal environment. The process of strategic management helps organizations to summarize their current situation, develop strategies, deploy them and analyze the effectiveness of implemented management strategies. The process of strategic management helps the organization and its management to think and plan their future existence. Strategic management sets the direction of the organization and its employees. Unlike one-time strategic plans, effective strategic management constantly plans, monitors and monitors the activities of the organization, which leads to greater operational efficiency, market share growth and profitability. The elements that ensure the formation of a full-fledged system of strategic management at the enterprise are substantiated. Certain elements form a full-fledged system of strategic management at the enterprise. Orientation of functioning of each of subsystems of system of strategic management of the enterprise is directed on maintenance of sustainable development. The strategic management system allows you to summarize, process and analyze information from the main functional subsystems of enterprise management.
