INTEGRATED MODEL OF INNOVATIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR STRATEGIZING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF ECONOMIC ENTITIES IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Abstract
The article examines the theoretical, methodological, and applied foundations for developing integrated models of innovative project management aimed at strategizing the competitiveness of the sustainable development of economic entities under conditions of digital transformation, which facilitates the implementation of modern management technologies. The study employs a systems approach to reconsider the fundamental principles of improving innovative project management, providing the basis for substantiating theoretical and methodological approaches to the development of an integrated model of innovative project management for strategizing the competitiveness of the sustainable development of economic entities in the context of digital transformation. The study substantiates approaches to the formation of an integrated model of innovative project management for strategizing sustainable competitiveness by defining economic resilience and the innovative allocation of resources of economic entities under digital transformation. The key challenges in the development of innovative project management for strategizing the competitiveness of sustainable development of economic entities in the context of digital transformation are identified. The role of intelligent project management for development is substantiated through the interconnection of information flows defined within strategic objectives, project portfolios, innovations, digital technologies, and approaches to competitiveness assessment. The paper proposes project-oriented approaches to developing an integrated architecture of the competitiveness strategizing model based on the interaction between strategic, tactical, and project management levels, ensuring the achievement of the strategic resilience of economic entities. Approaches to the formation of a mechanism for the strategic resilience of enterprises are identified based on organizational resilience, adaptive strategizing, crisis management, business process continuity, anti-crisis innovation, and strategic resource reservation. A methodological approach to evaluating the effectiveness of the integrated model is developed based on a system of indicators and a comprehensive integral performance index.
