INNOVATION SECURITY PROVISION SYSTEM IN BUSINESS COST MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The study is devoted to the substantiation of the theoretical and applied principles of forming a system of ensuring innovation security in business value management. The work reveals the content of innovation security as an independent direction of managerial influence, which includes the protection of intellectual assets, technological solutions, commercial information, innovation projects and organizational development results. The focus is on the relationship between innovation security and the market value of the enterprise, investment attractiveness, stability of cash flows, reputational capital and competitive advantages. The expediency of forming a holistic system of subjects, objects, principles, methods, tools and information and analytical support, which contributes to improving the quality of management decisions and creating safe conditions for long-term growth of the economic value of the business, is substantiated. It is proven that in the modern external economic environment, enterprises increasingly depend not only on the available financial, material or human resources, but also on the ability to safely create, implement, commercialize and protect innovations. In conditions of market instability, technological acceleration, increased competition, changing consumer expectations, the spread of technologies based on artificial intelligence and the growth of the role of intangible assets, innovation activity is not an auxiliary direction of enterprise development, but one of the key prerequisites for the formation of its value. It is established that enterprises need a clear sequence of actions to form, implement and develop a system for ensuring innovation security. Such a sequence should include diagnostics of innovation potential, identification of threats, assessment of vulnerabilities, determination of resource capabilities, formation of a set of protective measures, distribution of responsibility between management entities, control of results and further adjustment of the innovation strategy.
