SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF CRISIS MANAGEMENT IN ENSURING THE LIFE AND CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISES IN CONDITIONS OF UNCERTAINTY AND EUROPEAN INTEGRATION

Abstract

The article studies the scientific and practical aspects of anti-crisis management in ensuring the life and corporate development of enterprises in conditions of uncertainty and European integration. The relevance of the topic of the study is due to the fact that in modern economic conditions, the issue of anti-crisis management has acquired an important role and importance for the vast majority of managers of large, medium and small enterprises, companies that have different scales and areas of activity, but they have the same common problems - the need to overcome crisis phenomena and bring enterprises and companies out of a difficult financial and economic situation, ensuring its growth competitiveness and profitability. According to the results of the research, it has been determined that enterprises, carrying out their financial, economic, commercial activities, implementing measures for growth, are in two main states: the functioning and development of their internal systems, during the change of which enterprises are most vulnerable to the impact of negative external factors and the deployment of crisis phenomena. It is revealed that the causes of crises at the enterprise are external (exogenous) and internal (endogenous) in nature. Defined. that crises caused by exogenous external factors are caused by the negative impact of external political, economic, social nature and the action of external counterparties, including the state and state bodies and local self-government bodies, their institutions, society, consumers, suppliers, competitors, intermediaries, mass media, etc. is long-term and systemic, poses significant threats and dangers to the functioning of the enterprise in the long-term strategic perspective; Crises caused by endogenous factors are generated by the enterprise itself, its internal environment, and are a consequence of its management and functioning, and therefore such crises are fully subject to anti-crisis management measures. Identification and systematization of factors that cause crises is the basis for diagnosing the necessary for further decision-making and planning of actions for anti-crisis management of enterprises and companies.
