ESSENCE AND INSTITUTIONAL PREREQUISITES FOR THE FORMATION OF A MODERN INCLUSIVE ECONOMY: THEORETICAL ASPECT
Abstract
The article examines the institutional content of the economic content of the category of "inclusive economy", identifies its essential features, principles and architectural components. Based on the analysis of the formation of the institutional environment, the characteristic features of an inclusive economy are generalized and supplemented, and its most important components are identified, which are decisive and radically distinguish the system of organization of socio-economic relations under the conditions of inclusiveness from traditional economic systems, including: free access to public economic goods, justice, ensuring equal opportunities, stability. It is determined that the formation of an institutional environment for the formation and development of an inclusive economy contributes to the formation of a positive effect of inclusive economic growth, the results of which are aimed at solving the problems of inequality, poverty and gaps in the level of well-being and quality of life of the world's population. It is shown that the institutionalized concept of inclusive growth has a multidimensional systemic nature and is aimed at achieving socio-economic progress. In the research process, such methods as monographic, logical, scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, tabular, etc. were used. The methodological basis of the study was scientific publications, materials from official websites of international organizations, and other sources. It is concluded that inclusive economic development has a long-term perspective, since the main emphasis of its institutionalization is on productive employment as a means of reducing the income stratification of society and increasing the level of well-being of the less well-off segments of the population, which ultimately should ensure a preserved ecology and a healthy society. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the comprehensive generalization of theoretical, institutional and applied provisions regarding the filling of the economic content of inclusive economic development as the basis of its modern development.
