DIGITALIZATION OF LOGISTICS BUSINESS MODELS IN THE CONTEXT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The purpose of the article is to study the theoretical and methodological foundations of the digitalization of logistics business models in the context of sustainable development, as well as to substantiate the features of integrating digital technologies into the logistics management system to increase the efficiency of business processes and enhance the competitiveness of business entities. The methodological basis of the study is a set of general scientific and special methods of cognition, which provided a comprehensive study of the processes of digitalization of logistics business models in the context of sustainable development. The method of analysis and synthesis was used to study the essence of the digital transformation of logistics activities and its impact on the functioning of enterprises. The method of content analysis was used to generalize scientific approaches to the digitalization of logistics. The comparative method was used to assess the features of the implementation of digital technologies in logistics processes, and the method of logical generalization was used to form the conclusions of the study. The article explores the theoretical and methodological principles of digitalization of logistics business models in the context of the transformation of the modern economic environment. It is substantiated that the strengthening of the processes of digital transformation of economic activity contributes to the formation of new approaches to the organization of logistics processes, which are based on the use of digital platforms and automated management tools for logistics flows. It is proven that the introduction of digital technologies into logistics activities creates the prerequisites for increasing the transparency of business processes, reducing and optimizing the movement of material and financial flows. It is substantiated that digital mechanisms for monitoring and analytical support of logistics operations contribute to reducing the level of operational risks and forming more flexible supply chain management models. A conceptual approach to ensuring the digital transformation of logistics business models based on the synchronization of technological, managerial and environmental development mechanisms is proposed.
