THE ROLE AND INTERACTION OF INNOVATION AND ICT IN THE DIGITAL SOCIETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Abstract
The article reveals that the active introduction of innovations and the spread of ICT transforms not only modern society, but also approaches to the management of associations of people at different levels. Such changes lead to the emergence of multifaceted problems, which existence is associated with unforeseen and unexpected situations. That is why the study of the role of innovations and ICT, as well as the features of their interaction in the digital society, is becoming a relevant problem for today. During the study, it was found that innovations can determine progress in socio-economic development and have a unique character, which is determined by the exclusion of repetition and cyclicity. Using ICT, the transfer of knowledge has been significantly accelerated, and thus the accumulation of technological and social experience of the entire society has taken place. Modern solutions in management, including the digital society, should focus on the organic combination of innovation and ICT. It is advisable to consider the features of the interaction of innovations and ICT in the process of managing a digital society as a holistic mechanism that combines, on the one hand, scientific and analytical, technological, financial and economic, and vocational and educational components, which together ensure digital development and transformation of management processes, and, on the other hand, management functions that are able to guarantee the achievement of the expected result. The synthesis of innovation and ICT can generate unique and qualitatively new conditions. However, the introduction of innovation and the dissemination of ICT should not be an end in itself but should be aimed at increasing the efficiency and improving the management process in order to improve the quality of the tasks. In general, without innovations and ICT, modern management of associations of people at different levels is not productive, since it is unable to respond to new challenges of social development. Thus, the combination of innovations and ICT in management becomes a response to the challenges of today, aimed at solving current problems in society, and acts as a modern mechanism for implementing a new way of achieving results or goals.
