ANALYTICAL SUPPORT FOR RESOURCE PROVISION PLANNING PROCESSES IN THE DIGITALIZATION OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract

This article examines the theoretical and applied aspects of developing analytical support for resource planning processes in enterprise digitalization. It has been established that the digitalization of modern enterprises extends beyond the implementation of individual information technologies and evolves into a comprehensive management process encompassing changes in financial, organizational, human resource, technological, and information domains of business activity. The author substantiates that the effectiveness of implementing digital initiatives largely depends on an enterprise’s ability to build a balanced resource support system, timely identify the risks associated with digital changes, and make managerial decisions based on high-quality analytical information. In the course of the study, scientific approaches to understanding the essence of digitalization, resource planning, risk management, and analytical support for managerial decision-making were systematized. It was determined that existing scientific approaches are primarily focused on individual aspects of enterprise digital development, whereas the issues related to integrating analytical tools, risk assessment, and strategic resource planning within a unified management system remain insufficiently explored. On this basis, the theoretical and methodological foundations of forming analytical support for resource planning processes in enterprise digitalization have been further developed. This support is proposed to be considered as an integrated system for collecting, processing, analyzing, and interpreting information aimed at substantiating managerial decisions regarding the implementation of digital initiatives. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of applying the proposed approaches to improve the validity of strategic managerial decisions, optimize the structure of resource allocation, reduce the risks associated with the implementation of digital projects, and enhance the overall efficiency of enterprise digitalization processes.
