POSSIBILITIES OF USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE ACTIVITIES OF MODERN ENTERPRISES

Abstract

In the article, the concept of artificial intelligence was concretized and the history of the invention of artificial intelligence was studied. Examples of its first uses and further improvements were analyzed. The directions of effective introduction of artificial intelligence in various economic spheres (in business, in financial, banking spheres, industry, marketing and others) were determined. In the analysis of the impact of artificial intelligence on enterprises, we identified the main problems of its further use in the modern world. These problems include the uncertainty of responsibility for possible artificial intelligence errors, privacy issues, increased cyber risks, digital security threats, and so on. This topic was interesting to consider because it has many different views and opinions on its own. Scientists and leading experts do not have a clear answer to the following questions yet: what can the development of artificial intelligence lead us to and how will the world economy react to its rapid development and how will the employment situation change. One of the greatest risks is the possible inability of humanity in the future to control the development of artificial intelligence and its impact on intelligent machines. The massive spread of artificial intelligence in the future, the transfer of responsibility for decision-making from people to machines, exposes companies to significant business threats, but, on the other hand, there are many benefits for businesses from effective implementation of artificial intelligence. Examples of introduction of artificial intelligence technologies by the world's leading companies in various sectors of the economy, its various methods and technologies are also studied. This topic is relevant, especially during the rapid development of new technologies, when the experience of leading global companies shows that the development of artificial intelligence and its implementation helps to improve efficiency, accelerate development and increase profits. The first steps towards the mass introduction of artificial intelligence in Ukraine have already been taken, but more initiative is needed both on the part of the state and business, so that the benefits from its use are even greater.
