FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE MECHANISM OF MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION
Abstract
The article examines the formation and development of the mechanism for managing the innovative development of enterprises in the context of European integration. The relevance of the topic of the study is due to the fact that in modern socio-economic conditions, the introduction of innovations is one of the key foundations of strategic development and competitiveness of enterprises in all spheres of activity. Effective management innovative development requires the formation and development of a modern management mechanism, the purpose of which is to direct the efforts of management to the introduction of new inventions, developments, innovations and the formation of conditions for its future and successful development. As a result of the research, it has been revealed that the transition to innovative development is carried out due to the formation and development of a mechanism for managing the innovative development of an enterprise, which ensures its rapid technical, technological, innovative growth and ensuring competitiveness in the market. The key elements of such a mechanism are the purpose and objectives of the mechanism, management subjects, namely managerial personnel of all levels, objects of management directly innovations, new innovative ideas, developments, projects, organizational and economic support for the functioning of this mechanism, namely a set of financial, investment, personnel, technical, technological, informational, material and other resources; organizational structure that will ensure innovation activity, creation and implementation of innovations, as well as management functions, innovation activities and scientific approaches and the principle on the basis of which the functioning of such a mechanism will be built and carried out and the complexes of administrative, organizational and administrative, economic, socio-psychological and technological methods and their tools that will ensure the development and functioning of such a management mechanism. The key conditions for the active innovative development of the enterprise are resources, human capital, activity and innovation potential, as well as administrative, managerial and institutional factors that will contribute to both the formation and implementation of the innovation activity of the enterprise itself, and the formation of a general market environment, support, and promotion of the development of innovations.
