FORMATION OF A COMPREHENSIVE MECHANISM FOR MANAGING INVESTMENT AND INNOVATION SUPPORT OF ENTERPRISES IN THE FIELD OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Abstract
The article studies the formation of a complex mechanism for managing investment and innovation support of enterprises in the field of information technologies. The relevance of the topic of the study is due to the fact that the problems of management of investment and innovation support of enterprises are a complex and multifaceted issue, it is determined both by the complexity of the object and subject of research and the need to study numerous interconnections and interactions that arise in the process of managing investment and innovation activities and its provision, and by the connection of these processes with the development of socio-economic systems in general and obtaining multiplicative, synergistic system effects, which are provided through the implementation of investment and innovative development of enterprises as components of open systems of a higher level. The mechanism of investment and innovation support is considered as a formed model that is detailed and can be applied in the process of financing, development and implementation of innovations. The direct process of investment and innovation activity is carried out through the implementation and effective operation of the mechanism for managing investment and innovation support, which includes methods and means, as well as tools through which practical measures will be carried out. Enterprises in the field of information technology have their own characteristics and significant differences in functioning are associated with a high level of manufacturability, innovative activity and intangible results of work. In the process of conducting research, it became possible to systematize and structure the components of the management system of investment and innovation support, namely: subjects and objects of management, legislative regulatory and legal support, methodological support, the need to develop the organizational structure and resources and resource provision, the formation of a favorable investment and innovation environment, the development of infrastructure, investments and innovations, the activities of relevant structures and institutions, the formation of the mechanism of investment and innovation support and the introduction of methods, means, management tools, as well as to generalize the main principles of management of investment and innovation support.
