ФОРМУЮЧІ ЗАСАДИ ІНТЕГРАЛЬНОГО ІНДЕКСУ СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ ТА ГРОМАДСЬКОЇ ДОВІРИ
Анотація
У статті досліджено формуючі засади інтегрального індексу сталого розвитку та громадської довіри (ІІСРГД). Метою роботи є обґрунтування моделі ІІСРГД, що поєднує показники сталого розвитку (економічні, соціальні, екологічні) та громадської довіри з урахуванням їхнього взаємозв'язку і емерджентних властивостей. Методологія базується на інтеграції детермінованих моделей та методів аналізу даних. Проаналізовано як традиційні підходи до формування індексу сталого розвитку, так і запропоновано новий підхід, який органічно включає показник громадської довіри. Проведено апробацію формульного інструментарію на основі областей західного регіону України. Виявлено, що динаміка ІІСРГД адекватно відображає базові події (початок повномасштабної війни, релокація бізнесу, активізація волонтерства, «втома від війни»). Включення складової громадської довіри дозволило вперше виявити закономірності, які залишалися невидимими для традиційних економіко-центричних моделей.
