DIRECTIONS OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC PARTNERSHIP OF ENTERPRISES WITH SPACE ECONOMY ENTITIES IN THE FIELD OF SATELLITE SOUNDING TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF POST-
Abstract
In Ukraine, the use of satellite sensing of the surface of certain territories is necessary for the restoration of the economy and the development of infrastructure sectors. Enterprises that have suffered damage and destruction as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation record them in order to participate in the processes of recovering losses or receiving compensation in the future. Also, construction enterprises, whose activities are critically important both during the war and during the post-war recovery period, resort to the services of satellite sensing of territories when choosing places for construction and assessing their condition, when conducting architectural modeling and when monitoring the conduct of construction work and determining their quality, etc. The above-mentioned importance of the use of satellite sensing by subjects of the Ukrainian economy determines the relevance of the study. The work is aimed at systematizing and characterizing the directions of foreign economic partnership of enterprises with subjects of the space economy in the field of satellite sensing to improve the quality of post-war recovery. The study uses a survey analysis, a comparative method and a trend analysis. The main directions of foreign economic interaction of Ukrainian enterprises with foreign operators of the space economy market in the field of satellite sensing were identified, including: establishing the conditions of interaction depending on the industry and needs of the activities of Ukrainian enterprises that are users of satellite sensing services and the approaches of the operators of the specified market; choosing the form of interaction depending on the scale of the activities of Ukrainian enterprises that are users of satellite sensing services; concluding a license agreement for satellite sensing or purchasing satellite sensing images that are archived both from foreign operator companies and from intermediaries. The practical value of this article lies in determining the directions of foreign economic interaction of Ukrainian enterprises with foreign operators of the space economy market in the field of satellite sensing, which can be used by construction, industrial and agricultural enterprises involved in projects for the post-war restoration of the economy and infrastructure of Ukraine.
