ЦІНОУТВОРЕННЯ ЯК ІНСТРУМЕНТ В СИСТЕМІ УПРАВЛІННЯ ЦІНОВОЮ ПОЛІТИКОЮ НЕКОМЕРЦІЙНИХ ЗАКЛАДІВ ОХОРОНИ ЗДОРОВ’Я
Анотація
Метою дослідження є визначення місця ціноутворення в системі управління ціновою політикою некомерційних закладів охорони здоров’я та обґрунтування їх співвідношення через побудову структурної моделі. Обґрунтовано необхідність чіткого розмежування цінової політики та ціноутворення як різнорівневих категорій управління. Встановлено, що цінова політика визначає стратегічні орієнтири та обмеження формування вартості медичних послуг, тоді як ціноутворення забезпечує їх реалізацію через відповідні механізми розрахунку. Розроблено структурну модель, яка відображає ієрархічну взаємодію стратегічного та операційного рівнів і наявність зворотного зв’язку між ними. Визначено, що формування вартості медичних послуг у некомерційному секторі здійснюється в умовах поєднання економічних, нормативних та соціальних чинників.
