MODERN DETERMINANTS OF HARMONIZATION OF LABOR MARKETS AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES

Abstract

This article considers such concepts as "educational service" and "market of educational services". Specific characteristics of educational services are highlighted. Educational services are intangible and intangible until they are received. They are inextricably linked to the individuals who provide these services, so any replacement can change the outcome. Their quality depends not only on the manufacturer but also on the consumer, ie the level of assimilation of services received. The state and main tendencies of development of the domestic market of educational services are analyzed. Due to the demographic crisis and the imbalance between supply and demand in the market of educational services and the labor market, fewer and fewer applicants go to study in domestic higher education institutions. It is substantiated that in the market of educational services there is an excess of supply over demand. The main reasons are the decrease in the number of births, admission to foreign institutions of higher education. The importance of improving the quality of educational services, the image of higher education institutions and state regulation of the market of educational services is determined. The indicators influencing the construction of rankings of higher education institutions are analyzed. The peculiarities and interrelation of the market of educational services with the labor market are studied. The main problem is that there is no connection between the market of educational services and the labor market. As a result, there are unclaimed professionals who can not get a job and are forced to work outside the profession. This problem can be solved by establishing intensive bilateral communications between all participants in the educational market. Higher education institutions should use the concepts of marketing educational services to better meet the needs of consumers, and the state should promote the relationship between the labor market and the market of educational services, by involving students in internships, professionals, employers to participate in the educational process in general.
