MECHANISM OF MANAGEMENT OF INVESTMENT SUPPORT OF INNOVATION ACTIVITY, INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF IT ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF BUSINESS DIGITALIZATION AND EUROPEAN INTEGRATION
Abstract
The article investigates the theoretical and methodological foundations of substantiation of the mechanism of management of investment support for innovation activity, innovative development of IT enterprises in the context of business digitalization and European integration. The relevance of the topic of the study is due to the fact that in modern operating conditions, the level of competition is growing, which requires enterprises to actively develop and implement innovations. Innovation activity is especially important for high-tech enterprises and the IT sector, and the country's movement towards European integration strengthens these processes. The paper studies and identifies the components of the mechanism for managing the investment support of innovation activity, the development of enterprises, namely: organizational, financial, regulatory and legal support, management methods and management tools that provide an opportunity for the implementation of management decisions and are used to manage the processes of investment support of innovation activities, innovative development of enterprises in the conditions of active implementation of digital technologies and entry, integration of enterprises into European and world markets. The main elements of the mechanism of management of investment support of innovation activity, innovative development of enterprise have been identified and systematized, namely the purpose, subjects, objects of management, principles, management functions, including forecasting, planning, organization, coordination, motivation and control; methods of the management mechanism, namely economic methods, administrative, organizational and administrative methods, socio-psychological methods of management; as well as management processes, including the active use of modern innovative digital technologies, the integrated use of which ensures an increase in the efficiency of management of the processes of attracting and using investments, activation and dynamic implementation of innovative activities, and an increase in financial efficiency, profitability from the commercialization of the results of innovation activity and ensuring innovative development in the context of their digitalization and European integration.
