MECHANISM OF ADAPTIVE MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN CAPITAL REPRODUCTION OF ENTERPRISES IN CONDITIONS OF UNCERTAINTY

Abstract

The article develops a specialized mechanism for adaptive human capital reproduction to ensure strategic resilience and market capitalization of enterprises. The research provides a conceptual framework for business stability amid high volatility, uncertainty, and systemic military risks. The author clarifies the economic essence of adaptive management at the micro-level, arguing that it must transform from a traditional, static supporting HR function into a dynamic strategic system of proactive response. This approach is fundamentally based on the continuous analysis of "weak signals" and the early identification of emerging threats to the organization's intellectual assets before they cause irreversible damage to the company’s competitive position. The study proves that under the simultaneous pressure of military-induced risks and total digitalization, the reproduction of human capital should be strictly based on the principles of strategic consistency, algorithmic adaptability, and security-centricity. The author describes a detailed structure of the adaptive management mechanism, which relies on the synergy of three conceptual pillars: innovative-information, integrated, and adaptive reproduction. A defining feature of the proposed architecture is the combination of two mutually reinforcing control loops: a strategic loop led by top management, focusing on organizational culture, and an automated HR management loop powered by integrated CRM and ERP data systems for real-time monitoring. The paper defines a specific toolkit for the formation of a "protected space of opportunities" for maintaining the company's professional potential. This includes the deployment of digital platforms for continuous learning, the implementation of algorithmic scenarios for rapid competency upgrading, and the establishment of cybersecurity protocols to protect the company's intellectual core. Practical implementation allows neutralizing environmental threats and preventing intellectual degradation. Transitioning to "managed anticipation" is thus vital for the survival of Ukrainian enterprises amid current socio-economic challenges.
