MODELING BUSINESS PROCESSES OF THE ENTERPRISE'S LOGISTICS SYSTEM IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Abstract
The article examines the theoretical foundations of the logistics activity of an enterprise. The relevance of logistics activity is due to the need to reduce the cost of products, increase the speed of delivery and optimize warehouse stocks in conditions of high competition. Effective logistics ensures the reliability of supplies, improves customer service, automates business processes and allows enterprises to quickly adapt to market changes. The study identified the need to clarify the economic content of logistics systems of enterprises and introduce a business process model of transportation into the activities of the enterprise. As a result of the study, it was substantiated that the logistics system of any enterprise is determined by the specifics of its activities and is a flexible and interdependent structure that includes all stages of work with goods and information: from the purchase of raw materials from suppliers, storage in a warehouse, production to its delivery to buyers. It is substantiated that the impact of digital transformation and the transition to a customer-oriented business model causes significant changes not only in operational processes and strategic priorities. The process of building an optimized business model that regulates the transport flows of an enterprise in the context of modern realities of the transport services market is based on the implementation of a set of methodological measures. To solve this problem, a business process model of cargo transportation for enterprises is proposed. This approach guarantees an increase in the efficiency and quality of cargo transportation services. It is determined that modeling the logistics system of an enterprise in IDEF0 notation allows you to structure material, information and financial flows, highlighting key functions, inputs, outputs, mechanisms and management for process optimization. This allows you to identify "bottlenecks", reduce costs and increase the efficiency of interaction between departments. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the proposed model in the activities of enterprises in various industries to improve the quality of management decisions.
