THEORETICAL BASIS OF RESEARCHING SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE CONDITIONS OF MARTIAL LAW
Abstract
The article is devoted to a comprehensive theoretical analysis of social entrepreneurship in martial law as a special socio-economic form of activity aimed at combining entrepreneurial mechanisms with the implementation of socially significant goals. The aim of the article is to generalize and systematize scientific approaches to defining the essence of social entrepreneurship, justifying the principles of its formation, and identifying factors that influence the effectiveness of the functioning of social enterprises in crisis conditions. The author's contribution consists in a structured analysis of key theoretical concepts of social entrepreneurship, taking into account the transformations of the socio-economic environment caused by martial law, and in substantiating the specifics of the activities of social enterprises in conditions of increased risks and instability. The principles of forming social enterprises are analyzed, in particular, orientation to the public interest, innovation, economic independence and sustainability of the business model. Key factors that determine the effectiveness of social entrepreneurship are identified, including the institutional environment, access to financial resources, the level of professional competence of entrepreneurs and partnership interaction in the community. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the combination of institutional, systemic and crisis approaches to the analysis of social entrepreneurship, which allows us to consider it not only as a form of solving social problems, but also as a tool for increasing the economic sustainability of communities. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the possibility of their use in the process of developing and implementing state, regional and municipal policies to support social entrepreneurship, in the activities of local governments, public organizations and social entrepreneurs. The study concluded that in conditions of martial law, social entrepreneurship acquires strategic importance for ensuring social support for the population, maintaining economic activity and creating prerequisites for post-war recovery and sustainable development.
