INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES AS A FACTOR IN THE ECONOMIC RECOVERY OF UKRAINE
Abstract
The article examines the role of investment attractiveness of industrial enterprises as an important factor in the economic recovery of Ukraine. In the context of economic transformation and post-war reconstruction, attracting investment resources becomes one of the key conditions for restoring production capacity and ensuring sustainable economic development. Industrial enterprises play a significant role in shaping the economic potential of the state, as they contribute to the formation of gross domestic product, support employment and expand export opportunities. In this regard, increasing the investment attractiveness of enterprises becomes an important prerequisite for intensifying investment activity and strengthening the competitiveness of the national economy. The study analyzes the essence of the concept of investment attractiveness and identifies the main factors influencing its formation in modern economic conditions. It is determined that the investment attractiveness of industrial enterprises depends on a combination of economic, financial, technological, and institutional factors that determine the efficiency of enterprise activities and their ability to attract investment resources. Particular attention is paid to the importance of financial stability, technological modernization, innovation potential, and effective management as key determinants of investment attractiveness. The article substantiates the importance of investment activity for the modernization of production, the introduction of innovative technologies, and the structural transformation of the economy. Investment processes are considered a fundamental prerequisite for ensuring sustainable economic development, increasing productivity, and strengthening the competitive position of enterprises in both domestic and international markets. Particular attention is paid to the fact that effective investment activity creates opportunities for technological renewal of production facilities, optimization of resource use, and improvement of product quality, which ultimately contributes to long-term economic growth.
