BUSINESS PLANNING AS A TOOL FOR IMPLEMENTING ENTREPRENEURIAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE SOCIO-ECONOMIC SPECIALISTS

Abstract

The article substantiates the relevance of integrating business planning into the professional training of higher education applicants in the educational and professional programs "Psychology" and "Higher School Pedagogy". The relevance of the topic is due to the development of the market for intellectual and consulting services, the spread of private practice and grant activities. The methodological basis of the study is the theoretical and methodological substantiation of the possibilities of adapting the business planning toolkit to the specifics of the professional activity of a teacher and psychologist. The methodological basis of the study is the system-structural and competency-based approaches, methods of analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, modeling of professional activity, as well as abstract-logical generalization of scientific sources and practical experience. The results of the study prove that a business plan in the field of psychological and educational services is not only a financial document, but a comprehensive model of professional self-realization, combining a strategic vision of development, defining target audiences, substantiating competitive advantages, forecasting income and expenses, assessing risks and the social effect of activities. The structural components of the business plan are determined taking into account the specifics of the market for psychological consultations, educational courses, training programs and academic consulting, and an algorithm for developing a business model for the individual practice of a psychologist and a teacher's educational project is also proposed. The practical value lies in the possibility of using the proposed methodological approaches when teaching management disciplines, preparing qualification works, as well as in the process of developing one's own startup projects in the field of psychological and educational services, which contributes to the formation of strategic thinking, financial responsibility and readiness of future specialists for effective professional self-realization.
