ANTI-CRISIS POLICY OF ECONOMIC ENTITIES IN CONDITIONS OF UNCERTAINTY AND ECONOMIC INSTABILITY
Abstract
The article is devoted to clarifying the features of the formation of effective anti-crisis protection of business entities in conditions of uncertainty and modern economic instability. The anti-crisis policy of a business entity is a set of preventive and reactive measures aimed at identifying, preventing, or overcoming crisis phenomena in order to preserve the viability and restore the sustainable development of the enterprise. In scientific research, the method of critical analysis of scientific and methodological literature, practical experience, in accordance with the requirements for the level of methodology and research techniques is used. The choice of specific research methods depends on the conditions and purpose of the research. Methods are an ordered system in which their place is determined in accordance with the specific stage of research, the use of technical techniques and work with theoretical information and certain facts in a given sequence. The article comprehensively investigates the theoretical and methodological principles of forming an enterprise's anti-crisis policy; reveals its essence and main tasks. Analyzes the main functional areas of anti-crisis management. Defines the stages of crisis management at the enterprise. Considers the modern tools and key strategies of anti-crisis management. Presents a comparative characteristic of anti-crisis strategies. The key factors influencing the effectiveness of the enterprise's anti-crisis policy are characterized. The need for the implementation of an integrated adaptive management system is substantiated. An algorithm of sequential actions aimed at stabilizing the financial and economic condition of business entities in conditions of uncertainty and economic instability is proposed. Today, crisis management is not so much a business rescue as an element of its strategic flexibility. The essence of the approach is to form a system capable of converting crisis challenges into competitive advantages. The implementation of this goal requires logical consistency - from diagnosing solvency to choosing a restructuring or offensive model. The priority factors for success are managerial mobility, technological maturity of business processes, and effective leadership.
