ENTROPY IN ECONOMIC PROCESSES AND THE PERFORMANCE OF RELOCATED ENTERPRISES: THEORETICAL REFLECTION AND PRACTICAL ARCHITECTURES OF DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The article is devoted to the theoretical and applied comprehension of entropy processes in the functioning of relocated enterprises in the military and digital environment. The goal is to develop an approach to evaluating the entropy of economic processes and form practical development architectures capable of increasing the efficiency and sustainability of business. The methodological basis consists of system and process approaches, entropy analysis, tools for quantitative metrication of uncertainty, as well as concepts of digital transformation, antifragility, and sustainable development. A proposal is made to create an integral entropy index that combines external (regulatory-market), operational, digital-information, and personnel components. A performance function that depicts causal relationships between the integral entropy index, digital maturity, access to finance, and organizational flexibility is proposed. Four practical architectures are substantiated: financial‑stabilization (liquidity management, scenario budgeting, support tools), digital integration (ERP/SCM/BI, cloud services, real-time analytics), organizational‑innovation (Agile/Lean, acceleration, innovation portfolio) and adaptation sustainability (logistics reconfiguration, partner ecosystems, competence development). Additionally, a «circular-resistant» architecture has been proposed as a resource stabilizer due to the reduction of cost volatility and the formation of «green» sources of growth. The obtained results demonstrate that the system measurement and control of entropy reduces the turbulence of processes, reduces recovery time, increases the transparency of solutions and profitability. The scientific novelty consists in the institutionalization of entropy as a controlled variable and the construction of a causal framework «entropy → performance» with moderators of a digital and financial nature. The practical value lies in the provision of reproducible indicators and architectures suitable for rapid implementation by relocated enterprises of various industries.
