APPROACHES TO THE ANALYSIS OF INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT PROJECTS IN THE CONTEXT OF STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISE
Abstract
As a result of the research, it was found that innovation and investment activity is the main factor in ensuring the strategic development of an enterprise in conditions of increasing competition, technological dynamics, and instability of the external environment. The effectiveness of the implementation of innovation and investment projects largely depends on the level of coherence of the enterprise's innovation, investment and strategic policies, the integration of which forms a single development management system and ensures the achievement of a synergistic effect. The main approaches to the analysis of innovation and investment projects have been systematized, in particular financial and economic, strategic, risk-oriented, multi-criteria, process-oriented, and information-analytical, which allowed us to determine their advantages and limitations in the practice of project management. The feasibility of the comprehensive application of these approaches in order to form an objective and balanced system for evaluating innovative investments is substantiated. The use of exclusively financial performance indicators does not ensure full consideration of strategic, innovative, and risk aspects of project activities, which highlights the need to implement multi-criteria and risk-oriented models of management decision-making. Based on the generalization of the research results, a set of practical recommendations aimed at increasing the efficiency of the implementation of innovation and investment projects is proposed. This concerns ensuring their strategic coherence, improving the selection and ranking system, developing risk management mechanisms, strengthening information and analytical support, and building human resources. The implementation of the proposed measures will contribute to optimizing the use of resources, increasing the investment attractiveness of the enterprise, reducing the level of uncertainty, and forming sustainable competitive advantages in the long term. Prospects for further scientific research may include the development of adaptive models for managing a portfolio of innovation and investment projects, taking into account industry specifics, digital transformation of business processes, and the development of intelligent information systems to support decision-making.
