USE OF MODERN INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES BY AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The relevance of the research topic is that the key to the development and prosperity of any enterprise and the country as a whole is the continuous implementation of innovative activities. Innovation is a common denominator for successful organizations that have succeeded by creating advantages over their competitors. They used new knowledge and technology to create or improve their products and services, as well as to create these products and provide services. The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate the use of scientific achievements and scientific and technological progress in agricultural enterprises. Theoretical approaches to the essence of innovative activity of the enterprise are revealed in the work, the tasks of innovation management are substantiated in detail and the peculiarities of its implementation in agro - industrial production are estimated. The article emphasizes that the innovative potential of the livestock industry is formed on the basis of a set of interconnected potential resources, which, when used effectively for a certain period of time, contribute to the strategic development of the industry. At the same time, the main potential resources of this industry are biological and technical-technological resources, and human and financial potentials, and the main task is to find ways to increase the production of livestock products. The main motives for the use of agroinnovation in the enterprise are to improve product quality, expand markets, improve production technology and reduce labor costs and materials per unit of output. The paper also explores the options for using the achievements of science and scientific and technological progress in agricultural enterprises and focuses on the implementation of innovations in animal husbandry, in particular, suggested ways to improve the management of innovation processes in enterprises operating in this field. The practical value of the work is that based on the calculated level of intensity, result and economic efficiency of intensification of pork and milk production in the agricultural enterprise were identified areas to increase the profitability of livestock products and justified ways to rationalize production.
