MECHANISMS OF CHANGE MANAGEMENT IN ORGANIZATIONAL HR SYSTEMS BASED ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Abstract

The article examines the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into human resource management in the context of organizational change. The relevance of the study is determined by the increasing need for organizations to ensure the controllability, coherence, and sustainability of transformations resulting from the implementation of AI-based solutions in HR practices. Artificial intelligence enhances data processing, automation, and managerial decision-making; however, it also generates organizational, social, and ethical challenges that require systematic regulation rather than purely technological responses. The purpose of the article is to substantiate and systematize change management mechanisms in organizational HR systems based on artificial intelligence, taking into account the interaction of technological, organizational, and human factors. The research methodology combines analysis and synthesis, abstraction, logical generalization, and structural-systemic approach, which allowed identification of key elements of change management within AI-driven HR transformation. As a result, a structured system of mechanisms is proposed, including organizational, process, personnel, information-analytical, and ethical components. Their coordinated implementation ensures alignment between AI tools, HR processes, and strategic objectives of organizations. The findings confirm that effective AI integration depends on technological readiness, digital competencies of employees, adaptive organizational structures, and ethical governance principles. The proposed systematization can serve as a methodological basis for developing HR policies and digital transformation programs aimed at responsible and sustainable use of artificial intelligence in HR systems, as well as strengthening organizational resilience and long-term competitiveness in the digital economy. It also contributes to sustainable organizational development under conditions of rapid technological change and global competition andinnovation Globally.
