РЕЛОКАЦІЯ БІЗНЕСУ ЯК ІНСТРУМЕНТ АДАПТАЦІЇ СУБ’ЄКТІВ ПІДПРИЄМНИЦТВА В УМОВАХ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ НЕСТАБІЛЬНОСТІ
Анотація
У статті досліджено релокацію бізнесу як інструмент адаптації суб’єктів підприємництва в умовах високої економічної невизначеності та кризових викликів, зумовлених воєнними, інфраструктурними та логістичними обмеженнями в Україні. Проаналізовано особливості прийняття управлінських рішень щодо релокації підприємств у 2023–2025 рр. з позицій підприємницької поведінки та управління ризиками. Обґрунтовано, що релокація виходить за межі разового антикризового заходу та перетворюється на елемент адаптивної моделі підприємництва. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз релокації з іншими механізмами адаптації підприємств, зокрема реструктуризацією, диверсифікацією та цифровізацією. Визначено ключові ефекти релокації для малих і середніх підприємств, пов’язані зі збереженням операційної діяльності, мінімізацією зовнішніх ризиків і формуванням стійких бізнес-моделей.
