SYSTEMATIZATION OF FACTORS INFLUENCING THE MECHANISMS FOR ENSURING THE RESILIENCE OF THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEM OF AN ENTERPRISE
Abstract
As a result of the conducted research, a classification of factors influencing the formation and development of mechanisms for ensuring the resilience of the socio-economic system of enterprises has been developed, which makes it possible to comprehensively reflect the multidimensional nature of managerial, resource-based, and environmental determinants. It is substantiated that classification by functional criterion (organizational, financial, human resource, technological, logistical, and institutional factors) allows identifying the specific impact of each dimension on overall adaptability and the enterprise’s ability to respond to external threats. It is argued that the division of factors by source of origin into internal and external enables the identification of areas of managerial influence and forms the basis for modeling internal reserves and adapting to the external environment. It is proven that differentiation of factors by level of influence (strategic, tactical, operational) is critically important for the development of a multi-level resilience management system that combines long-term objectives with operational stability. Classification by time dynamics into permanent and variable factors makes it possible to distinguish stabilizing elements of the system from those requiring regular monitoring and rapid response. Consideration of factors in national and international contexts allows integrating external economic risks and opportunities into the overall model of sustainable enterprise development. Classification by degree of controllability enables distinguishing factors of direct managerial action from those whose influence is possible only through adaptation mechanisms, advance planning, or risk insurance. Such a systemic approach to identifying and classifying resilience factors creates a theoretical and applied foundation for the formation of strategic planning tools, the development of managerial decisions under conditions of high uncertainty, and the construction of adaptive models of organizational development of enterprises in an unstable environment.
