FORMATION OF INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT MECHANISM FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE TRANSFORMATION AND RECOVERY OF THE UKRAINIAN ECONOMY
Abstract
Agro-industrial enterprises traditionally play a system-forming role in Ukraine's national economy, performing the functions of food security on the one hand and socio-economic stabilization of regions on the other. They operate in conditions of structural change and increased economic uncertainty. The structural and conceptual model of the innovation and investment mechanism for the development of agro-industrial enterprises in the context of Ukraine's economic transformation and recovery contains the following structural elements: a target block, an innovation and investment mechanism and a results block, which are formed under the influence of the external economic and institutional environment. The central element of the model is the innovation and investment mechanism, within which the investment and innovation subsystems interact. The investment subsystem provides the resource base for development, while the innovation subsystem is focused on the formation and implementation of innovative solutions. Their interaction reflects the interdependence of investment opportunities and innovative transformations in the development of agro-industrial enterprises. The developed algorithm for the implementation of innovative and investment development of agro-industrial enterprises is a tool for formalizing the process of managerial decision-making in conditions of economic transformation and recovery. Its application ensures systematic management of innovation and investment development, sound management decisions, adaptability of the innovation and investment mechanism, control over the effectiveness of innovation and investment decisions and increased efficiency of innovation development in agro-industrial enterprises. The algorithm's focus on processes such as assessing the adequacy of investment resources, achieving planned results, the possibility of adjusting innovation and investment decisions allows for resource constraints to be taken into account and increases the adaptability of management in conditions of economic instability.
