REENGINEERING OF BUSINESS PROCESSES BASED ON THE INFORMATION SUPPORT MODEL IN THE CONTEXT OF ENTERPRISE INTELLECTUALIZATION
Abstract
The purpose of the article is to substantiate the conceptual foundations of business process reengineering based on the information support model in the context of digital transformation, taking into account the processes of intellectualization of enterprises and the need to integrate intellectual capital into the corporate governance system. Intellectualization is considered a key vector for the development of modern business, which involves the use of cognitive technologies, new-generation analytical platforms, artificial intelligence algorithms, and machine learning tools to form an adaptive management environment. It is shown that the modern challenges of digital transformation require a transition to new management architectures focused on knowledge, analytics, and flexible adaptive management. The intellectualization of an enterprise is seen as a systemic evolution of organizational management mechanisms, which involves the use of big data, machine learning algorithms, cognitive modeling, and other artificial intelligence tools. Particular attention is paid to the need to reengineer business processes as a key prerequisite for improving management efficiency in a highly dynamic external environment. The proposed information support model synthesizes four main components: enterprise information resources, intellectualization technology infrastructure, analytical management circuit, and management subsystem. It has been established that the model provides a complete data management cycle from collection to decision-making, creating the basis for continuous improvement of business processes through feedback mechanisms, reengineering, and predictive analytics. It is emphasized that the analytical circuit plays the role of an intellectual foundation that transforms information into knowledge and knowledge into relevant management actions. The proposed model creates a basis for the development of self-learning, intellectually managed enterprises with a high level of strategic flexibility, efficiency, and competitiveness in the digital economy. The model is an effective tool for implementing reengineering as a continuous process of business process improvement.
