SYNERGY OF MANAGEMENT AND STRESS MANAGEMENT IN FORMING THE BUSINESS IMAGE OF DOMESTIC AND EUROPEAN PROJECTS

Abstract

The article reveals the essence and significance of the synergy of management and stress management in the formation of the business image of domestic and European projects. It is determined that effective management involves not only the rational organization of processes, but also care for the psychological state of employees, which is a key factor in the formation of trust and a stable reputation of the organization. It is noted that in European management practices, approaches to managing the well-being of personnel (workplace well-being), which are based on a balance between performance requirements and supporting the emotional health of employees, are becoming increasingly widespread. The study is aimed at identifying the synergistic effect between effective personnel management, corporate culture and the system of psychological support for employees, which ensures team stability, reduces professional burnout and increases the reputational capital of the organization. The impact of stress management on the quality of communications, team effectiveness and corporate culture, which is directly reflected in the business image of the organization, is investigated. It is shown that the integration of the principles of emotional intelligence, soft leadership skills (soft skills) and anti-stress practices into the management system ensures increased stability of project teams and contributes to the development of a positive image in the labor market. It is emphasized that for Ukraine it is important to adapt European approaches to the conditions of the war and post-war environment, taking into account factors of uncertainty, staff shortages and psychological exhaustion of employees. It is concluded that the synergy of management and stress management is an innovative direction of management research, which ensures the competitiveness of modern organizations, strengthens their business image and contributes to the formation of a culture of psychological stability and trust. The practical significance of the work lies in determining the mechanisms for implementing the stress management system in the management activities of organizations, which allows to increase the effectiveness of communications, optimize the structure of personnel management and create conditions for sustainable development. The results obtained can be used in the process of forming corporate social responsibility strategies, building an employer's reputation brand, and harmonizing labor relations in the international business environment.
