CHANGE MANAGEMENT IN AN ENTERPRISE: FEATURES OF RESOURCE PROVISION
Abstract
The article substantiates the need for regular implementation of management changes aimed at ensuring the adaptation of the enterprise to modern challenges and shocks. The constant unpredictability and active strengthening of competition confirm the importance of justified and goal-oriented management changes for solving both short-term and long-term tasks. Modern change management involves not only studying the market situation to minimize costs, but also the flexible formation of resource capital capable of ensuring the enterprise's resistance to fluctuations. It is proved that the key object of management changes at the enterprise should be resource provision processes with an orientation towards increasing their efficiency, improving balance and flexibility. In conditions of significant shocks and challenges, the resource provision process is dynamic and, in essence, acts as a continuous process of purchasing, updating and optimizing resources. The need to take into account the following characteristics of resource provision when implementing management changes is emphasized: resources are the basis of successful changes; development and implementation of resource strategies are closely related to market changes; constant strengthening of the interrelationships of resource and product strategies; increasing importance of the results of material and technical resource management; the need to update labor resources during the period of change; increasing need to increase the volume of financial resources to support changes; high dependence on increasing information and communication potential; the importance of coordination and strengthening control during the period of change. For each direction of management changes, it is necessary to develop appropriate strategies, which are a system of restrictions and long-term measures that the enterprise forms to overcome them. The components of resource support for change management at the enterprise are identified: financial, logistical, labor, and information. At the same time, in each specific management direction, coordination of resource strategies with other types of strategies is an absolute necessity, since this determines the pace of implementation of forecasts and plans.
