INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT AS A DETERMINANT OF STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL BUSINESS IN THE CONDITIONS OF GLOBALIZATION
Abstract
The article examines the impact of globalisation on Ukraine's agricultural sector, focusing on the current challenges and opportunities arising from integration into the global economic environment. It identifies key areas of innovation management that contribute to the strategic development of agrarian business, in particular the introduction of modern technologies, diversification of sales markets and adaptation to international standards. Particular attention is paid to agricultural business management strategies aimed at increasing competitiveness through the integration of innovative technologies, effective resource management, social responsibility, and cooperation between small and medium-sized enterprises. The impact of geopolitical challenges, climate change and digitalisation on the agricultural sector, which plays a key role in ensuring food security and economic stability in Ukraine in the context of a protracted military conflict, is examined. The purpose of the article is to analyse the impact of globalisation on Ukraine's agricultural sector, with an emphasis on the implementation of innovative management, social responsibility, sustainable development and effective agricultural policy to ensure competitiveness and adaptation to global markets. The scientific novelty lies in highlighting the role of innovative management as a determinant of the competitiveness of Ukraine's agricultural sector in global markets, with an emphasis on sustainable development and social responsibility. Conclusions. Globalisation opens up new prospects for Ukraine's agricultural sector, particularly through export expansion and technological modernisation, but requires a comprehensive approach to adaptation. Innovative management, effective agricultural policy, sustainable development and social responsibility are key success factors. The involvement of state and local authorities, the introduction of environmentally friendly technologies and cooperation with international organisations will contribute to strengthening Ukraine's position as a leading supplier of agricultural products on the world stage.
