ASSESSMENT OF FINANCIAL PROVISION FOR INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES
Abstract
This piece concentrates on the pressing matters of financial backing for agricultural enterprises’ investment efforts, a key element in their progress, upgrade and enhanced competitiveness. The study’s importance stems from the necessity of establishing a dependable system of financial support for the investment activities of agricultural businesses, one that can ensure their modernization, boosting of productivity. The aim of this study is to thoroughly evaluate the financial aid for the investment operations of agricultural businesses and validate approaches for improving its effectiveness to secure the sustainable progress of the agricultural sector. The key is to provide an adequate amount and logical structure of financial resources that ensure the steadiness of investment activities and establish circumstances for the enduring expansion of agricultural businesses. During this scientific investigation, general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparison, generalization, and special economic methods - financial and economic analysis, systems approach, and the modeling method, were employed. The core and function of investments in the growth of agricultural businesses were examined. The chief origins of funding for investments in agriculture were described. The financial backing for the investment endeavors of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine was scrutinized. Specifically, the general trends of capital outlays of agricultural businesses in Ukraine and the Kyiv region for 2020-2024 is presented. The makeup of funding sources for investments of agricultural enterprises is established. The primary issues and hindrances in funding the investment undertakings of agricultural businesses are pinpointed. Methods of enhancing the mechanisms of financial aid for the investment activities of agricultural enterprises are suggested. The practical worth of this research enables the development of recommendations for improving the financial support for the investment activities of agricultural firms, boosting the effectiveness of investment resource utilization and aiding in the formation of a durable strategy for advancing the agricultural sector.
