BASICS OF SYSTEMATISATION OF METHODS OF MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL ENTERPRISES
Abstract
The relevance of the article is determined by the current challenges of the war in Ukraine and its impact on the pharmaceutical industry, which continues to adapt to difficult conditions, develop for a better future and post-war recovery. For the Ukrainian pharmaceutical industry, an important and urgent issue is the systematisation of management methods in the pharmaceutical sector, which is not only a tool for implementing individual initiatives, but also a key factor in the sustainable development of enterprises, determining their ability to transform, adapt and succeed in the face of modern pharmaceutical challenges. It is proved that the essence of systematisation of methods of management of innovative development of pharmaceutical enterprise is to carry out a purposeful, managerial action of the subject of management on the object of management of pharmacy. At the same time, it is determined that the subject of management is the head and chief specialists in the departments, and the object of management is a combination of all elements of pharmaceutical production. It is substantiated that the management activity of innovative development of pharmacy, which arises as a result of close cooperation between the subjects and generates a methodology and management process, as well as determines the levels of management of the development of a pharmaceutical enterprise. It is determined that the main objectives of managing the innovative development of a pharmaceutical enterprise in today's difficult economic conditions are to ensure the viability of the enterprise in the long term, strengthen and grow the competitive position of the enterprise in the market, form a positive image of the enterprise among contractors, meet the growing needs of consumers, and environmental friendliness (quality) of products. In general, the results of the study confirmed that the basics of systematization of methods for managing innovation development by pharmaceutical enterprises are a critical factor in the sustainable development of the national health care system.
