ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC LEVERS OF ENSURING THE ECONOMIC ORDER OF AN ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The presented study summarizes the organizational and economic levers of economic order formation at the enterprise and the most important components of their effective implementation in practice. External and internal factors of influence on their effectiveness are revealed, an algorithm of application is proposed for achieving economic order at the enterprise in the process of economic management. In the process of research, the author used systemic and evolutionary approaches, adhering to which an essential understanding of economic order at the enterprise is formed, a new architecture of management and the formation of an internal institutional order of functioning of management subsystems to achieve coordinated work of structural divisions of the enterprise. This requires conducting research in combination with identifying various characteristic features, direct and feedback relationships and dependencies that arise in the process of ensuring economic order at the enterprise. The practical content of the results obtained is the possibility of using the results of the research to develop an effective toolkit of organizational and economic mechanisms for market economy entities in the new economic environment. The analysis shows that the degree of adherence to certain principles in the formation of organizational and economic levers for ensuring economic order at the enterprise affects its effectiveness, perception by personnel and creates incentives for the dominance of a creative approach and creativity in the management system. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the theory of economic management of an enterprise has been further developed by clarifying its content, namely as a certain system of elements of an organizational and economic nature (objects, entities, goals, tasks, methods of interaction, methods, levers, tools, etc.), closely interconnected and influencing one another's effectiveness through constantly changing internal and external connections, the effectiveness of the implementation of which depends on the ability to create connections, elements, incentives, etc. that are absent at a particular moment.
