FUNCTIONING AND COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES OF AGRICULTURAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN MARTIAL ARTS CONDITIONS
Abstract
The article examines the features of functioning and competitive advantages of rural entrepreneurship under martial law in Ukraine. The main aspects of the negative impact of martial law on the economy of rural areas are considered. It emphasizes the key role of agrarian business as the foundation of economic and social stability of rural areas during a period of deep crisis shocks. The main challenges faced by rural entrepreneurs are identified - a decrease in the purchasing power of the population, destruction of infrastructure, logistical constraints, shortage of labor resources and access to financing. The emphasis is on the internal competitive advantages of rural entrepreneurship, such as adaptability to local conditions, social orientation, resource autonomy, and rapid adoption of managerial decisions. Modern approaches to supporting entrepreneurship in rural areas under war conditions are analyzed, in particular state aid programs, international grant initiatives, and sustainable development instruments. A strategy for increasing the competitiveness of rural entrepreneurship in crisis conditions has been proposed. Proposals have been made for new programs to support the sustainable development of rural entrepreneurship in crisis conditions. It is substantiated that increasing the competitiveness of rural enterprises is possible through the introduction of innovations, digitalization of business processes, development of cooperation, and integration into vertical agricultural chains. Ways to overcome existing barriers are proposed and strategic guidelines for the preservation and development of rural entrepreneurship in wartime and post-war recovery are formulated. Special attention is paid to the internal reserves of agrarian business development - flexibility, local orientation, ability to self-organize, cooperate and adapt to changes. Strategic approaches to supporting rural entrepreneurship are proposed, including state aid, digitalization, human capital development, and integration into international programs. It is concluded that the competitiveness of rural enterprises in wartime can become the basis for their sustainable development in the post-war period.
