ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT IN TOURISM ORGANIZATIONS: KEY ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The article explores the key economic aspects of administrative management in tourism organizations, focusing on the role of effective management in the context of the modern tourism market. Administrative management is the foundation for the development of tourism organizations, as it ensures effective interaction between internal departments, optimizes management processes and resources, and establishes strategic directions for the development of the enterprise. The article emphasizes the importance of the economic efficiency of managerial decisions to increase the competitiveness of tourism organizations in the global service market. One of the main tasks of administrative management is to develop and implement effective management strategies aimed at achieving stable economic growth of the enterprise in conditions of constant changes and instability in the tourism sector. The article pays special attention to the issue of sustainable tourism development, which includes the implementation of eco-initiatives, responsible use of natural resources, and corporate social responsibility. One of the key factors for sustainable development is the use of effective management mechanisms that ensure a balanced combination of economic, social, and environmental interests. Sustainable development not only enhances the reputation of tourism organizations but also ensures long-term economic benefits by creating stable and mutually beneficial partnerships with local communities and governmental structures. The analysis of current research in the field of administrative management of tourism allows conclusions to be drawn about the need for continuous improvement of management approaches, adaptation to new conditions, and a quick response to changes in the external environment. In addition, the article highlights Ukrainian case studies that demonstrate the effectiveness of various administrative management strategies in the tourism industry and analyzes the practical results of implementing innovative management technologies in the context of the Ukrainian market.
