DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES OF AUTOMATED SOLUTIONS FOR OCCUPATIONAL ACCIDENT SOCIAL INSURANCE

Abstract

The article focuses on the study of digital technologies that enable automated solutions in the field of occupational accident social insurance. The aim of the study is to analyze the directions, implementation levels, and key challenges of digitalizing the social insurance system within the context of European integration processes. The study employed general scientific methods of cognition: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, systematization, comparison, and generalization. The findings demonstrate that digital transformation in the social insurance sector serves as a key mechanism of financial modernization, integrating modern digital tools with principles of transparency, a personalized approach to policyholders, and social risk management based on predictive analytics. The emphasis is placed on the fact that the main objectives of digitalization include: ensuring targeted social protection; optimizing the allocation and use of resources; reducing transaction costs; implementing risk-oriented mechanisms for managing insurance funds. The study reveals that digital solutions are shaping a new model of social insurance system functioning—decentralized, client-focused, with data as the core asset, and digital interfaces enabling real-time interaction. It is shown that the digital transformation unfolds in stages: from the development of a personalized accounting system, through automated payment mechanisms and electronic document management, to the implementation of digital forecasting and budget planning tools, culminating in the formation of digital control as part of strategic management. This approach ensures reform consistency, legal justification, and adaptability in the context of cyber risks, digital inequality, and institutional constraints. The practical significance of the study lies in shaping a conceptual foundation for building a modern digital social insurance system in Ukraine in line with European standards.
