CONCEPTUAL PRINCIPLES OF BUILDING THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISM FOR ENSURING THE PROFITABILITY OF ENTERPRISES IN THE FIELD OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND MEDIA

Abstract

In today’s market economy, IT and media enterprises face major challenges in maintaining stable profitability. Rapid technological changes, continuous innovation, and intense competition create complex conditions that require adaptive financial strategies. This article explores the conceptual foundations of an organizational and economic mechanism aimed at enhancing profitability in these sectors. The study examines profit as a key financial indicator of enterprise efficiency, emphasizing challenges in sustaining profitability amid market volatility. Key factors include strategic resource management, technological adaptation, innovative marketing, and modern management practices. A strong focus is placed on developing an integrated mechanism that combines management, financial, marketing, and innovation components. The article highlights strategies for ensuring long-term profitability, such as optimizing business processes, allocating resources efficiently, and adopting advanced management techniques. The study also explores methodologies for assessing profitability, incorporating advanced financial analysis tools and performance indicators to objectively evaluate financial efficiency. A framework for monitoring and analyzing profitability metrics is proposed, enabling enterprises to swiftly respond to market fluctuations and refine strategic approaches. Additionally, the article provides practical recommendations for implementing the proposed mechanism in business operations. These include integrating innovative technologies, enhancing workforce skills, developing risk management strategies, and optimizing resource utilization. Particular attention is given to fostering strategic partnerships and leveraging digital marketing tools to expand customer bases and strengthen competitive advantages. The findings of this research offer valuable insights for both IT and media enterprise managers and academic researchers investigating financial performance and profitability strategies. By applying the proposed organizational and economic mechanism, businesses can achieve sustainable growth and resilience in an increasingly competitive and rapidly evolving market landscape.
